It takes a lot of great people to make a university great. During the busiest times in the academic year, more than 12,000 people work at Western, including approximately 1408 full-time faculty members and 2461 full-time staff members. We are proud to have been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for three years in a row – 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Because we are like a small city, with a population of well over 40,000, Western offers a broad and exciting variety of employment opportunities.
